Does the size of the address book matter?

Nope. Each address book, regardless of how many contacts are in it, counts as 1 toward your monthly usage.

What if a user downloads the same address book multiple times?

Each time we deliver an address book to you it counts toward your monthly usage, even if it's identical to a previous payload. If you want to create a UX that lets your users access their contacts several times, we suggest you use our local storage feature.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. When you sign up, make sure you use your institutional email address then email us at support@cloudsponge.com and we'll apply a 50% discount for you after we verify your 501(c)(3) status.

Do you offer free accounts for developers?

No, but we have a free license that you can use on your localhost environment. It also works on common development domains like 127.0.0.1 and lvh.me, and non-production environments provided by companies like Cloud9 and Heroku.

Do you offer free accounts for self-funded startups?

Sometimes. If you email us at support@cloudsponge.com we'll ask some questions to understand your startup's financial situation and see what we can do.

Is there special pricing for agencies that refer CloudSponge to their clients?

We're delighted to offer discounts or commissions to affiliates that are referring us to their clients. Just drop us a line to talk about it and we'll make a deal.

Can you create a custom plan for my company?

Probably. Our plans cover the most common cases, but we realize that some companies break the mould. We're happy to chat about it with you if you need something special.

How do the overage fees work for annual plans?

We'll process your overage charges on the credit card that we have on file for you at the end of each month.

Do I need a different license for each of my environments?

Probably not. If you've got development, staging and testing environments on domains that are different than your production environment, we can manually add those domains to your license for you.

Do I need the Contacts API?

If you want to engage with our service in a server-to-server environment that doesn't include a web browser at all, then you probably need the API.

What does Custom Branding mean?

It means that you can remove the "Powered by CloudSponge" logo from the address book widget.

Do I need a Custom Style?

Customizing the style of the address book widget tends to help users feel like they're using something that's a native part of your website. We recommend taking the time to customize the style if you're trying to reduce your abandonment rate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We don't force any long term contracts on anyone. We offer prorated refunds for customers who cancel annual subscriptions mid-term.

What payment methods do you offer?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Can you send me invoices instead of charging my credit card?

We offer invoicing to annual Pro and Enterprise subscribers only.
